The 2021 summer taxes are payable from July1, 2021thru September 14th, 2021
Due on September 14, 2021 by 5:00pm. Please note that Postmarks are not accepted.
Any outstanding amount on September 14, 2021 after 5:00pm interest will be added at the rate of one percent (1.%) each month or fraction of a month, until paid in full, or until turned over to Clinton County for further collection until March 1st , 2022. All balance due amounts (deferred amounts included) on summer taxes will be assessed a 3% late payment penalty as of February 14, 2022.
Payments accepted: cash, money order, bank draft or conditionally by check.
PLEASE NOTE: Tax payments made on the incorrect parcel CANNOT be refunded or adjusted. Please be sure you’re paying on the correct parcel.
If you qualify summer tax bills can be deferred until February 14, 2022 without interest.
DEFERRED FORM MUST BE FILED WITH THE TOWNSHIP TREASURER BEFORE SEPTEMBER 14, 2021. CONTACT THE OFFICE TO HAVE ONE MAILED TO YOU. (989-224-3993).

Office hours are Tuesday, September 14 9:00am to 5:00pm, during non-business hours, a secured drop box located on the southeast side of the main entrance is available. Payments put in the drop box will be applied the next township business day.
